The design was based on the creation of a modern and environmentally friendly building, which responds to the increased needs of a modern technical company, showcasing its capabilities and providing excellent working conditions to employees.

It is a reference for the architectural principles of all the company works. The total area is divided into a basement level with the use of offices, the entrance - lobby on the ground floor, two floors with offices and the third floor with the administration offices. Meeting rooms have been created at all levels for the best possible service of both employees and visitors. Glass curtains appear from the floor to the ceiling on most aspects to create an open and airy feeling. The external vertical shades were placed for sun protection and to preserve privacy, giving at the same time a characteristic architectural intervention.
