The new three-storey building on Niriidon Street displays an elegant yet powerful design, which introduces a contemporary, fresh version of the typical Athenian apartment building. The long horizontal format of the building volume, intensified by the lines of its generous balconies establishes a strong presence in the area, while the bold roof shape aims to provide a special identity to the image of the building.
